Each student’s first requested transcript is free. A fee of $10.00 is charged for each additional transcript issued. Transcripts sent via express mail are available for $30.00 each. This includes the $10.00 transcript fee and $20.00 for expedited service by express mail. Payment must accompany each request for a transcript. Express service is not available within the Military Postal System (MPS).

When students graduate, they receive a complimentary copy of their UMUC transcript with their diploma.

Please remember that requests should include the student’s full name, social security number and/or student ID number, date of birth, and the first and last dates the student attended UMUC in Asia.

No transcript will be released until all outstanding debts have been paid in full.
