Before you leave:

Transfer your records by completing the Divisional Transfer form in the MyUMUC Student Portal.

This form is designed for students who will be PCSing some time in the next six months or less. If you are not due to depart until later, complete the form at a future date closer to your actual departure.

UMUC Asia, your present home division, will continue to provide you with course selection advice, official evaluations/SOC Student Agreements, confirmations of enrollment status, VA certifications of enrollment, transcripts, grade information, etc., up until the time you leave for the United States.
