TIMOTHY YOUNG

| Tim Young earned his B.A. in English from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. He came to Japan to teach English conversation in 1989, and joined UMUC as the Publications Office's Administrative Assistant in 1992. During his initial stint with UMUC, he functioned as editor of the newsletter for UMUC students in Asia and developed a guide to Japan for faculty who teach here. In 1999 he left UMUC for a position as Communications Manager and Magazine Editor at Tokyo American Club. Mr. Young returned to UMUC in January 2002 and became Publications Coordinator in August 2002. |
