| Scott Wiley earned his B.A. from University of Maryland University College and his M.S. in Human Resource Management Systems from Chapman University. A member of the National Association of College Stores, he has attended seminars on textbooks and technology and college store retail management. He worked for Los Angeles Metropolitan College before joining the Asian Division in 1984. | |

| Kelly Wilmeth earned her B.A. in International Relations, with an emphasis on Soviet-American relations, from Stanford University, and her M.A in Secondary Education from the University of New Mexico. She joined UMUC-Asia in June of 2009. Ms. Wilmeth has worked in the field of education since 1990. Prior to joining UMUC-Asia, she taught social studies at the middle-school level in the Albuquerque, New Mexico public school system. Ms. Wilmeth then held various administrative positions with City Colleges of Chicago Europe, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and most recently for the University of Oklahomas Advanced Programs in Korea. | |
