TONYA HORN
Regional Manager, Okinawa
Ms. Horn comes to us from INROADS, Inc. an organization committed to preparing young talented minorities for corporate and community leadership. At INROADS, Tonya held several managerial positions and left the organization holding the position of Regional Client Manager. As the Regional Client Manager she managed and developed regional accounts, coached and mentored interns, as well as facilitated recruitment efforts and intern training and development workshops. Prior to INROADS, Tonya served as the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions at the University of Akron where she assisted with the development of marketing publications and coordinated the Universitys first overnight student visitation program. She is credited with increasing campus visits by 30% and increasing overall campus enrollments by 9%. Prior to the University of Akron, Tonya served as an Admissions Counselor for Nebraska Wesleyan University where she is credited with increasing enrollments by 7% and increasing student retention by 78%. Tonya earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Masters of Science in Higher Education Administration from the University of Akron. Coupled with her education and nineteen years of work experience in higher education and the private sector, Tonya will be a valuable asset to the University as the Regional Manager over Okinawa.

HENRY HUGHES
Regional Manager, Japan
Mr. Henry Hughes received his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Japanese from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. During this time, Mr. Hughes also was a member of the New Jersey National Guard and reached the rank of E5 as an Accounting Specialist. After graduating, Mr. Hughes worked in Nagoya, Osaka, and Kobe as an English instructor. In 2008 Mr. Hughes received his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He then worked as a coordinator for Berlitz Cultural Consulting before joining the University of Maryland University College Asia.
