| Levia Davis earned her B.S. in computer information systems with a specialization in Business Administration from Florida A&M University. She is currently pursuing a dual masters degree in Management/MBA with a specialization in project management as well as a graduate certificate in Project Management from UMUC. She joined UMUC Asia in 2008 where she leads the IT and Okinawa computer lab staff. | |

| Ms. Cerra holds a bachelor's degree in economics, and completed one year of graduate study in financial management with Catholic University of Colombia. Prior to joining UMUC, she taught conversational Spanish at Mount Olive College in North Carolina, and also held the position of Payroll Coordinator with the same institution. | |
