Requirements for the General Studies with Accounting Curriculum Curriculum
- Required core courses (6 credits): ACCT 220 and 221
- Additional core courses (9 credits): Any ACCT or FINC courses
- Accounting-related courses (9 credits): Chosen from any ACCT and FINC courses; BMGT 110; CMIS 102; ECON 201 and 203; and STAT 200 (or 230), or contact an Academic Advisor for additional approved courses
- Elective (1 credit): Any course related to interests and goals
Recommended Sequence
The following course sequence will fulfill all the requirements for the AA in General Studies with Accounting Curriculum. Since some recommended courses fulfill more than one requirement, substituting courses for those listed may make it necessary to take additional courses to meet degree requirements. Students should consult an Academic Advisor whenever taking advantage of other options.
