CLEP, DSST and Pearson VueCollege-Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams, DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST) and Pearson Vue examinations are available to eligible personnel as a way to save time and money while earning college credit. An Important Notice About the CLEP Exam Fee3-May-2012 |

Effective July 1, 2012, CLEP will increase their exam fee to $80.00. They are sensitive to the current economic conditions and strive to keep their costs to a minimum. Their primary goal is to maintain and continue developing a valid and reliable testing program that helps students reach their educational goals. |
DSST Exam Retake Policy Changeby Information Technology 28-Sep-2011 |

Prometric has changed its DSST Credit by Exam retake policy to allow for faster exam retake. Test takers who have not achieved a satisfactory score on any DSST exam and would like to retake the same exam title will be able to do so after a 90-day waiting period. Note that DANTES funding is only available for the initial attempt at any given title. |

Effective 11 December 2010, DANTES will no longer fund retesting on a previously funded exam title for CLEP, DSST and ECE paper-based or computer-based exams. |
