On-line Registration
13-Mar-2008

From Term IV, continuing students with UMUC have the option to register for in-class courses online! For GoArmyEd or distance education students, the registration process has not yet changed. Also, new students are required to visit a Field Reprentative office to enroll. During this transition period, continuing students may also opt to visit the Field Representative to register in person. However, please be aware that certain changes will still be in effect. To assist students, we have prepared a basic presentation with the screens and procedures. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your local Field Representative for assistance.

50 Years of Maryland in Korea
by Dr. Andrew Boone, Director Korea
18-Sep-2006

September 17, 1956 marks the date when Maryland first offered college classes to members of the military community in Korea. Starting this week and continuing through the year, culminating with Commencement in May, we will be celebrating our fifty years in Korea and the rest of Asia. Needless to say, we are very proud of these fifty years of offering a quality education wherever the military has been in Asia, to include Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, Okinawa, Australia, Guam, and of course sites throughout Korea.
