Welcome to UMUC Asia's homepage for the Business Management and Economics Department. The purpose of the homepage is to provide information and links of interest to students and faculty. The Business Management and Economics Department has more students pursuing degrees than any other academic area within UMUC Asia. There is a good reason for this: the courses, majors, minors, and certificates available through the department provide an excellent foundation for careers in many different fields as well as for continuing education at the graduate level. Associate degrees and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science majors are available in Accounting, Business Administration, and Management Studies. In addition to courses in these major areas, students can take courses in Business Law, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing.
