KATHLEEN YAGAMI-REDMAN
Ms. Yagami-Redman earned her B.A. in business education from California State University at Los Angeles and her M.B.A. in human resources from California Lutheran University. She had a variety of professional employment experience in California with Allstate Insurance Company, Litton International Development Corporation, Whittaker Electronic Systems, and as Operations Training Manager at the Baskin-Robbins National Training Center. Ms. Yagami-Redman taught in Chapman University'fs graduate program in human resource management, initially in Chapman's Asian programs and subsequently at its Irvine and Manhattan Beach campuses in California. She joined the UMUC Asia faculty in 1993, teaching through 1999 at numerous different locations throughout Korea and mainland Japan, then teaching for four years via distance education while residing in the United States, and rejoining the faculty in Asia in January 2004.
